That is the interpretation that the Lord gave the prophet Daniel some 3000 years ago. There is nothing new under the sun...Is what King Solomon said in Ecclesiastes Same message, different prophet . I'm not a prophet of doom however I must report what I hear from the Lord. The day Sept. 11,2001 was a dark day for America. I was at work that morning mentoring a boy that was very disruptive and hard to handle. My job at Ranch Hope for Boy's was to work in the E.M.D. cottage. That is where they put the boys that are too hard to handle on the campus and need to be watched 24 -7. As I sat watching him in one classroom the teachers from another class started to scream and cry.O my God O my God is all I heard I ran into the next classroom where they had the T.V on. As I watched people jumping from the 80th floor of the World Trade Center to avoid dying from the smoke and fire, a second plane came into view and proceeded to disintegrate into the second building. The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me in an audible voice. He said the "stage is set". I knew exactly what He meant; we are in the beginning of sorrows. The prophet Daniel also spoke of the last days in this manner. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Many shall run to and fro; today we can fly from New York to England in 3 hours aboard the Concorde. knowledge shall be increased; The world into which people were born in the year 2000, will not exist by the year 2012.
We are living in exponential times. The world’s knowledge is increasing at exponential rates, as is our technology. There are 3,000 new books published every single day. It is estimated that a week’s worth of New York Time’s contains more information than a person was likely to come across in a lifetime in the 18th century. It is estimated that 40 exabytes (4.0 X 10 to the 19th power) of unique new information will be generated worldwide this year. That is more than in the previous 5,000 years. We’ve gone from information overload to information explosion.The technical knowledge explosion is governed by Moore’s Law, which says that computers will get twice as smart every 18-24 months. It takes four years to get a technical degree, but by the time a student graduates, his education is virtually obsolete. At this exponential rate, it’s estimated that before to long the sum total of human knowledge will double every 72 hours.
The devil will tell you that the church has been saying Christ's return is imminent since the day Christ died. But Jesus said;Matthew 24:32-34 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Throughout scripture Israel has been referred to as the fig tree. Israel became a nation on May14,1948 There are many opinions of how long a generation is, but the Lord said know that this generation the one He spoke of in Matt. 24 shall not pass away before His coming.
It is also written that a time will come when men shall call good evil and evil good. Our wonderful chief executive has openly declared that gay and lesbian marriages are honorable. We kill unborn children in the USA at the rate of 3700 per day and call it birth control. They have legalized the horrific atrocity of partial birth abortion. That is where they partially deliver the child whom they call a "fetus" take forceps plunge them in the back of the babies head and proceed to take out it's brain. Beloved make no mistake about it Jesus is getting ready to crack the sky. When that happens it will be too late; if you don't know Him you will be left behind. But one thing is for sure every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
I've been going through a season of storms in my life. And I know that all things are seasonal, And I know weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. I know He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above what we ask or think. But come on Lord enough is enough. Have you ever been in a place that you thought you would never get out of, a place where you don't think you will ever see daylight? Well take heart brothers and sisters. The Lord didn't take you this far to leave you. No matter what others may think, no matter what others may say, God has the final say. It's His opinion that counts. Not your wife's or husbands or so called friends I call them Job's comforters. It's God and only God's opinion that counts. And the Lord says I know the thoughts that I think toward you thoughts of good and not evil thoughts to prosper you, not harm you, thoughts to bring you to an expected end. So I'm here to tell you don't despise the process. If you despise the process God is bringing you through in His infinite wisdom you may abort the purpose. So in all things rejoice. One of the strongest forces in Christendom is the power of worship. David a man after God's own heart, but a knucklehead all the same, went through some stuff!!! But in the midst of the trial in the midst of the storm. David said I will bless the Lord at all times His praise shall continually be in my mouth, my soul shall make it's boast in the Lord let the humble hear thereof and be Glad. Then David had a revelation He said O'magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together. He knew that the Lord inhabits the praises of His people. We all go through storms, we all go through trials and temptations. But there is always a blessing in the storm if we stay the course. My wife used to say "keepa go straight no changea you mind".

I have been struggling with losses from this economy for about 4 years. My small business began to struggle and retirement investments began to disappear in 2006. That summer a wildfire also ripped through a huge area in my neighborhood leaving lots of black stubble and ash in its path. So, one day as I drove through the miles of blackened fields and burned out home sites, it seemed almost metaphori
c of what had raged through the California economy. Just then, something caught my eye. I stopped my car, turned around, and went back to find what I had seen.
As I got out of my car and overlooked the field, I had this sensation of being on some distant planet or moon. No birds singing…no crickets chirping…there was just dry crunchy burned out charred remnants of the life that once was there, but now was just a black mess. There in the middle of it was what my eye had spotted as I drove by. Peeking out of the charred ruins was a tiny purple flower with 2 fresh green leaves.
That courageous flower stood proudly, as if it didn’t even notice that it was overcoming all odds to stand as a model of HOPE. The power of the presence of God so grabbed me as I saw that glimpse of HOPE in the burned rubble, that tears began to well in my eyes. Suddenly the grief of my own burned out life began to pour out and be exchanged for the courage of that tiny flower! God is always with us no matter how burned out our surroundings appear to be. Life always imitates nature and it sure did for me that day. God’s restoration was beginning to take over that huge scene of devastation with the blossoming of that one tiny flower.
Through the prophet Zechariah, God said, “Return to your fortress OH PRISONERS of HOPE! I announce today that I will RESTORE twice what you have lost!” That little flower was a Prisoner of Hope! With courage it stood proudly allowing God to keep his promise! Today 2 years later, there is a whole bush of purple flowers where that one first peeked out of the ashes.
Many of us need to be proud blossoms and Prisoners of Hope, allowing God to show His greatness as He keeps his promise to RESTORE twice what we have lost in this recession. It is depressing to lose so much, but our times of greatest growth c
ome after our times of greatest loss. We may not know just how to blossom and bloom, but neither does the flower. The flower is just available. God does the rest. We mean so much more to God than flowers!! He will bring the bloom if we can lay down our grief and become available and willing to bloom!
My husband reads stories to me of our great military heroes who touch his heart. Recently he read to me about 27 yr old Capt. Dan Luckett, who lost his left foot and right lower leg and foot when a bomb ripped through his Humvee on a Baghdad street on Mother’s Day in 2008. Less than a year later, fitted with prosthetic limbs, he earned his Expert Infantryman Badge for the 2nd time, running, 12 miles in under 3 hours with a 35-pound backpack. Today he is back on the frontlines in Afghanistan, by his choice and dedication to his fellow troops! Now that is a purple flower for sure. Imagine the burned out rubble he has seen. And yet he leaves his grief behind and goes back to inspire others. Nothing is more inspiring than to see someone overcome in the face of seemingly impossible odds and yet remain positive, encouraging, and loving to others. Did you know there are over 40 soldiers who have already lost limbs, back again on the field of battle defending freedom?
The very least we can do here on the home front, is to arise from our economic rubble and raise the banner of HOPE for American once again! We don’t need to know how. God is with us! We just need to be willing and available and let go of our anger and blame. God brings the bloom! Sometimes I think that I am a real wimp for whining about all I have lost financially in this recession. I know many soldiers facing bombs and guns today would glad
ly trade places with me!
We who are at home have a responsibility to stand up in our rubble and become Prisoners of Hope. We must keep the lights on in America so that our troops know that we are worthy of their sacrifices to defend us. They need to see something bright and alive as they look in our direction. I am simply a tiny purple flower in the midst of my burned out field, inviting the Lord to shine through me and attract others to bloom again too. Won’t you join me? Lay down your anger. Give up your depression. See what opportunities God might be bringing into your life to “restore you twice what you have lost”.
It takes just a little FAITH to focus on the HOPE that will RESTORE! Don’t wait for someone else to bloom first. We bloom at different times and they might be watching you for their inspiration.
Let go of the old dead leaves and petals….God wants to show you His power to create a new BLOOM so He can shine through you to brighten your corner of America! Bloom wherever God has planted you! Keep the home front shining bright with HOPE ! Our military heroes need it and deserve it! God will be with you as you arise and do a new thing!

Do either images evoke an atmosphere of bridge building or understanding? The next question is should they? Are these the Last Days?
The bible says in John 8:32 And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Does just truth set us free or must we know the truth before it can set us free. I tend to believe the latter the knowledge of the truth is what sets us free.
My intent is not to sow seeds of discord but to bring believers and non believers alike to the knowledge of the truth. I believe there comes a time in a nations history and there comes a time in the history of the church when spiritual fogs and religious deception must be removed by a clear unbiased passionate pursuit of the absolute truth. Right now I believe that America and the church are in a spiritual fog about the nature of Islam. Some politicians and religious leaders would have you believe that we as Christians must embrace our brothers and sisters of Islam to promote acceptance and tolerance of their faith
Since 9/11/01 certain politicians have tripped over themselves stating that the majority of Muslims living in America are just ordinary citizens that love this country are loyal to America and want only to practice their religion unmolested.
To coin a phrase from our POTUS “Let me be clear” We are at war with Radical Islam!
It is not only a war for the spiritual survival of this nation, it is an attack against freedom of speech ,against religious freedom, it is an attack on every freedom that you cherish.
When you are at war, which side has the advantage the side that knows who their enemy is or the side that won't acknowledge the enemy, that can't bring themselves to use the phrase radical Islam.
The attack on 9/11 proved that our peace loving mosque building friends can and will use weapons of mass destruction to wage a “jihad” or holy war against it's enemies. Make no mistake about it four 747 airliners loaded with jet fuel piloted by radical Islamist's chanting Allah Akbar bent on killing as many Americans as possible qualifies as weapons of mass destruction. The reason; Quran states kill all infidels and we ladies and gentleman, we who are not Muslim are considered infidels by the Quran.
Our intelligence community now knows that Iran is developing long range missiles with the assistance of Russia that can now strike Europe,Israel and US cities along the eastern seaboard. If they used improvised missiles IE 747airliners What deluded mind would dare to insinuate that when, not if they get nuclear weapons they won't use them.
Yet our POTUS and state Department are content on allowing our sworn enemies access to true weapons of mass destruction. While putting pressure on our allies not to do anything that would negate the all important “peace” process .They would have Israel concede their God given land to the very people that want to annihilate them. Are the majority of people that practice the Muslim faith loyal to America? Is the Islamic faith a faith of peace?What are the basic teachings of Islam? And how does it differ from Christianity?
Major political and religious leaders would have you believe that Christianity and Islam are both teaching the same thing. What I'm about to reveal to you is not my opinion they are the opinions of scholars,they are the opinions of established world historians and they are quoted from the infallible word of God and the Quran. Question; Are the majority of Muslims living in America loyal to America?
USA Today on Feb.6,1991 placed on its first two pages the result of a survey it took of American Muslims concerning the war on Saddam Hussein after his invasion of Kuwait. When asked the question are you or are your children willing to fight to expel Saddam Hussein from Kuwait 82% of Muslims living in America enjoying American freedoms said NO! The survey also stated that the majority of American Muslims would not support the USA in any war involving Arabs Question Is the Muslim faith a faith of peace? Fact the 19 terrorists that flew their hijacked planes into the twin towers did it quoting the Quran. Fact when pictures of the twin towers collapsing were seen in Islamic countries They cheered and danced in the streets chanting Allah Akbar death to America.
Historian Paul Johnson in the Oct.15 National Review writes the word Islam does not mean peace it means submission .In the Quran it states that those who do not submit to Islam should be killed. That would mean death to Christians and death to Jews. Is that tolerant? Is that peaceful? Quran surah 5:85 Strongest among men in enmity to the believers(Muslims) will you find the Jews and the pagans. Surah 9:5 Fight and slay the pagans where you find them,cease them beleaguer them where you find them and lie in wait for them in every strategy of war. Got news for you saints Islam considers Christians pagans. Surah 5:51 “All ye who believe(Muslims) take not the Jews or the Christians for your friends or protector they are but friends and protector of each other he among you who turns to them is of them”. Is this peaceful or inclusive? Surah 9:25 “Fight against those who believe not in Allah nor in the last day nor forbid not which has been forbiden by Allah and his messenger and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth among the people of the scripture until they pay the Tisha (special high tax) with willing submission and feel themselves subdued. In plain English saints tax Christians and Jews into poverty until they submit to Islam Sound familiar?
Politicians and religious leaders that tell you Islam is peaceful are lying to the people of this country!

Which brings me to my next American Muslim. On the day of the Pakistan massacre Dateline NBC did an expose on Dr. Sami Al Arain a full professor at the University of South Florida. This Professor is a respected academic and long time resident of the United States. He was part of the delegation that met with president Bush when he was campaigning for the presidency in Tampa Fl.
But according to NBC he was a fund raiser for Islamic terrorists for most of the 90's Mr. Arian basically operated two think tanks. One think tank employed a man who then went on to become the head of the Islamic Jihad. For those that don't know what that is, it is a terrorist organization bent on destroying Israel, supports suicide bombing, and wants nothing to do with resolving the issue in the Middle East. The second think tank that he had employed a man who provided ABC an interview with Usama bin Laden. But it gets better than all of that. The man used to hold conferences using the University of South Florida offices to book conference rooms. He had conferences with people like Sheikh Rahman. Sheikh Rahman was the man who is in jail today for planning to blow up tourist sites here in New York. And in a rally to Cleveland -- this guy Al-Arian was at a rally and he was identified, first of all, as the head of the Islamic Jihad wing. He said in Cleveland, "Jihad is our path. Victory to Islam. Death to Israel. Revolution. Revolution until victory. Rolling, rolling to Jerusalem." Then, of course, he put out a fund-raising letter literally one week after Bill Clinton froze all of the assets of Islamic Jihad. I think we can get a look at that letter. "The latest operation carried out by the two mujahidin... " and these are two people who blew up 21 Israeli soldiers in a terrorist attack, here they were, he was urging them to give more money "in the face of Arab and Islamic collapse before the Zionist enemy." This man was sending letters out saying give more money so we can have more suicide bombers. You shall know the truth and the truth here makes me mad!
These are the kind of professors Mr Obama sought out. Colossians 1:15 Jesus is the image of the invisible God Heb. 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being John 1:1 In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and the word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory and the glory of the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.

And nothing but the shed blood of Jesus Christ and faith in His atoning sacrifice on the cross at Calvary will get you in. Jesus Christ said I AM the way the the truth and the life NO MAN COMES TO THE FATHER BUT BY ME. Do we have the right to burn the Quran? Do Muslims have a right to put a victory mosque at a sacred site such as ground zero? You decide. Saints I earnestly believe that we are living in the Last Days. Right now ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart wash away your sins and make you his child. It's that simple you don't need a priest, you don't need clergy, there is no special prayer to recite; for the bible says that if we confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and God raised Him from the dead that we are saved.
